Plan creation wizard
You do not resell our hosting plans - instead you use our powerful wizard to create your own custom Windows & Linux plans. You can enable or disable any hosting option to build packages tailored to your target audience.
Automated account signup
Once you have created your custom hosting plans you will be provided with custom links to enable automated hosting account creation direct from your own web site. You can also enable account moderation and even deny signup's from certain countries or from individual users.
Payment Methods
You can define how you would like to take payment for your hosting, including cheque, invoice, PayPal and others. If you have an account with an online payment provider such as WorldPay you can also take payment for hosting using credit cards. Alternatively you may choose to handle payment manually.
Managing Debtors
Our system includes a full online billing system so powerful it can be set to automatically chase non payment of an invoice and even suspend or delete an account for persistent non payers.
Domain Names
Setup and Register Domain Names automatically from your control panel (your clients can do this too) Set your own retail prices for automatic registration. Resellers are not tied to using our domain registration services you can use any you like.
End user Control Panels
Your account accumulates user fees up to a certain amount before credit card payment users get charged and check payment users get barred from buying more resources. Credit limit is set in the plan and can be increased
(or decreased) for individual accounts and reset for all users in the system in
one go.
Superior Support
A full online trackable trouble ticket system is also included enabling your clients to send an email to support@yourdomain.ext to automatically raise a new ticket. Everything is tracked online to successful conclusion and you can escalate a ticket at any time to our support department if you're unsure.
DNS Servers
You have full control of your own branded DNS servers (ns1.yourdomain.ext & ns2.yourdomain.ext) from your control panel allowing you to add custom records including A/MX records for direct mail feeds to customers existing office mail servers.
