Server monitoring

Your web site is an important and critical part of your business, knowing if your customers can access it at all times is a must. We are so confident in our hosting products we have developed an easy to use server monitoring tool, should an issue arise with connectivity or site performance our alerting system will contact you immediately.

We are offering all our customer's the ability to monitor their Dedicated servers OR their websites for only £10pm per server/service (discounts available for customers with more than 5 monitored servers/services).

Dedicated Servers: Full monitoring of the server resources, this includes* HTTP service status FTP service status SMTP service status POP3 service status Hsphere service status Ping CPU usage Mail queue size Disk space used HTTP Content check (if required)	Shared Servers: HTTP Content checks for monitored sites Server/service ping response
	All customers get the following included: Web interface to view live status of all your monitored servers (OK, Warning, Critical status’ shown for all monitored services) Email alerts for all Warning/Critical alerts SMS alerts for Server Down/Up **

*Not all resources for all server types, resources monitored will be applicable to the server type and operating system

**Customers will receive 2 SMS alerts per incident to a registered UK mobile number, one alert will be sent on server down and one will be sent when the server has recovered, alerts will not be sent in scheduled downtime (this includes weekly re-starts if applicable).
