I have been using Altaire's Reseller and Dedicated services since May 2006. I was contracted by a company that have been with Altaire for several years, and have just recently signed myself up as a Reseller paying yearly. I hope to outgrow this at some point, and save up for a server to colo.

I am very pleased with the quality of service, especially from the support team. They even saved my bacon on one occasion whereby I accidentally deleted an account in H-Sphere, which I didn't have a recent backup of! Just discovered the "logacall" thing so won't need to bug Jon on the phone so much now! Please never become a sell-out Altaire!

Only been with you guys a short while, but already miles happier than when I was reselling with Pipex/Webfusion. Support response times are brilliant- Service is great - Control Panel is getting easier to use by the day. Keep up the good work and don't sell out.

Just a quick note to say I've always found the team at Altaire ready to help out, even when presented with noob questions or technical questions which many other vendors would simply turn round with a "not our problem mate" type response! I've been hosting websites with Altaire since 1999. I've progressed from having a couple of client sites on altaire servers, to buying dedicated servers and having altaire co-locate and finally i've moved across to the cluster platform. Using the cluster allows me to offer a far higher standard of hosting than I could if I were still running my own servers. My clients all like the control panel for the power it gives them.

I can go away for a weekend and not have to worry that something might happen to the server in my absence. I have much more confidence in selling hosting now as I know the platform will live up to expectation. The guys in support are extremely knowledgeable and their emails to me are always polite and friendly. Even when I am being a complete pain!

Calling all resellers - we have been involved with many hosting providers over the past few years and I must say that I have never dealt with such a great company as Altaire. Although I am a relatively new reseller to Altaire I have dealt with Steve, Jon and Glyn and have found all of them to be extremely helpful. I am not suprised if they are fed up with my constant voice on the end of the phone but this is only beacuse the service keeps getting better and better, if they are they haven't said.

We have numerous websites all over the world with many different ISP's -
I would like Altaire to be my only ISP so if you have any suggestions or comments to improve the Altaire service then please make them known. The bigger and better that Altaire become the bigger and better our companies become.

As a web design company, to be able to offer hosting is a 'must have' part of the overall service, and as such, any service offered or recommended by me, must be good quality and resonably priced. I have been an Altaire reseller for several years now, and have benefited from their philosophy of providing quality hosting services and constant improvement. Most of my clients now opt for hosting through me, and Altaire is now my hosting company of choice. As my business has grown, hosting has become a significant aspect, which could ruin me with service overheads, or provide another level of confidence for my clients.
